Management (Community Services & Development)As Assistant Director, you will play an active role in supporting the Head of Development Fund Office in the management of TTSH Community Fund, which provides funding support for patient care initiatives as well as training and research programs in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

You shall ensure that the department is able to meet its fundraising objectives.


Your key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
Plan, conceptualize and lead the team in executing fundraising initiatives.
Lead the Marcom and Communications aspects of fundraising.

Conceptualize and manage new programmes to deliver the Fund's ObjectivesAssist in overseeing the administration of the Development Fund OfficeReview and develop policies and processes.

Plan, drive and manage quality improvement projects at Hospital-wide/ Departmental level.


Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration or any other related discipline.
At least 6 to 8 years fundraising experience with good working knowledge of related governance and policies.
Good interpersonal and communication skillsHealthcare experience would be an advantage.
