PROFILE SUMMARY

The IMC Group Management Trainee Programme (MTP) offers a robust 2-year stint to give you an opportunity for strategic management across IMC's diverse businesses.

You will not only develop your competencies but also discover your evolutionary purpose. You will benefit from experiential training, hands-on projects and have coach(es) to support you in your journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Through the programme and 4 rotations, the Management Trainee will:

Develop Management Competencies: Empowerment to build key skills related Business, Management, Relational Development
Undergo a personalized journey: Receive an assigned Mentor and Coach to craft your career journey
Be Exposed Globally and Regionally: Critical experiences in global projects and regional placements

Evolutionary Purpose:
Develop your best self to drive purposeful and sustainable work

Learn ship operations and chartering (both Liquid Bulk and Drybulk Business) in Shipping & Logistics Business
Develop project management capabilities, partnership management capabilities, appreciation and understanding of IMC's wellbeing mandate in providing guidelines for the Tsao Family Business brand, and in the bigger system a brand for humanity and exposure into organization development and implementation of IMC's vision.
Understand all aspects of Mergers and Acquisition from sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence and closing and integration, development of portfolio management capabilities, understand the future of technology and how future trends affect the maritime industry, leverage on analytics such as shipping data to predict trade movements and providing supply chain transparency and understand on green shipping.
