Senior Account Executive - Singapore - INM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.
Description
Job Decriptions:
- Perform full set of accounts for both AR / AP fuctions.
- Data entry invoices into Accounting System.
- To reconcile vendors' SOA to Accounting Records.
- To generate report of Debtors with impairment indications.
- Responsible of monitoring payment status and take appropriate actions against debtors for slow or no payments.
- To prepare Audit Schedule assigned.
- Responsible for Bank Reconciliation and assist in Month End closing activity.
- Handle preparation of GST Return filing, Corporate Income Tax Return and ECI.
- Maintaining the fixed assets Register and Material Master Register.
- To perform other duties as assigned by Superior / Directors.
Job Requirements:
- Good team player, able to multi task and handle work with high accuracy.
- Good working attitude, able to communicate well and have own initiative.
- Ability to fulfil timecritical tasks on time and work within scheduled time frame.
- Willing to commit overtime when require during peak periods.
