    JOB OVERVIEW:
    The Go To Market Manager is pivotal in driving the market introduction of new products and services. This role demands a strategic mind capable of research, meticulous project planning, and adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration.

    The incumbent will be instrumental in tracking launch progress, ensuring all departments are aligned and executing against the go-to-market strategy.

    Overseeing sale pricing and ensuring competitive positioning in the market are also key components of this role.


    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic planning for product launches.

    Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution of go-to-market strategies.

    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the linchpin between product marketing, sales, customer support, and other involved departments.

    Monitor and track progress against launch milestones, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

    Oversee and adjust sale pricing to reflect market dynamics and product value proposition.

    Engage with stakeholders across the company to ensure buy-in and optimal resource allocation for launch activities.

    Collaborate closely with key teams to facilitate effective customer success and end-user training programs.

    Work in tandem with sales teams to develop and refine pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market penetration.


    KEY REQUIREMENTS:
    Proven experience in product marketing or go-to-market management, with a track record of successful product launches.

    Strong project management skills with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

    Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends.

    Experience in pricing strategy and sales enablement.

    Available for a full-time position.
