Roles and Requirements:


  • Clarify with the grantees on their claim submissions if the claims documentation is incomplete
  • Handle and respond to all queries by grantees in relation to the processing of their claims
  • Process the claim submissions by performing checks to ensure the fund requisition forms are true and correct.
  • Checks shall include:
  • Items claimed are as stated in the Letter of Award, grant proposal and approved detailed budget
  • All items claimed are incurred within the qualifying period and allowable as per the Guidelines for the Management of Research

Job Requirements:


  • Shall have at least a degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar services

Salary Range:

- $3,500 - $4,500
