Intern - Learning Solutions (Ref:
What will you do?

  • Learning Solutions & Projects
  • Organise learning events and people engagement activities.
  • Support learning and training needs analysis.
  • Provide daytoday training support.
Prepare training data and quality metrics.

  • Participate in digitalisation of learning solutions
  • Opportunity to work with pharmaceutical manufacturing operations functions
What are we looking for?

  • Educational background
  • Undergraduate studying Engineering/Science/Social Sciences/Communication who is interested in learning more about a manufacturing environment and vaccines
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Have interest in learning engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
  • Have basic knowledge on training data, and design digital learning solutions for microlearning using videos, short lessons and gamification to increase learning effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
