Fleet Operations Manager - Singapore - RED'S MOTO

Description

Fleet operations managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company's fleet of vehicles.

They ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, staffed with qualified drivers, and used in a way that is safe and efficient.

Fleet operations managers may also be tasked with developing new ways to improve their company's fleet operations. This might include coming up with new policies or procedures related to vehicle maintenance, driver training, fuel efficiency, etc.


Specific Responsibilities:


Individual to be involved in:

• Reviewing customer complaints, accident reports, and other records of vehicle damage or injuries to passengers or other parties involved in an accident
• Developing and maintaining a fleet operations policies manual that outlines responsibilities and procedures for everyone
• Overseeing the purchase of new vehicles or equipment for the fleet
• Conducting training programs to ensure hirers are familiar with safety standards and company policies 5. Managing the fleet inventory to include all required equipment for each vehicle such as fire extinguishers and tires
