Job Description:

1. General management of company operations.
2. Take responsibility for all matters in the company.
3. Follow Headquarters' policy.
4. Develop strategies to achieve sales and profit budgets as well as improve working environment.
5. Report management situation to the Headquarters in Japan.
6. Attend meetings conducted by Japan Headquarters.

Requirements:

1. At least 8-10 Years experience in Senior Management role.
2. Degree holder or higher
3. Experience in all aspects of company management
4. Good knowledge of business strategy development
5. Able to speak, read and write Japanese as the role requires frequent communicating and reporting to Japan HQ
6. Knowledge of business environment of food industry.
