Description
**Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.


The Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk:


  • Arrange transportation for subcontracted components and internal transfers
  • Coordinate in local deliveries & shipment collections
  • Assist in the item packing plans and considering special shipping requirements from sales administration
  • Assist with warehouse team to ensure shipping items are loaded out correctly
  • Handle imports and exports shipments
  • Thoroughly prepare and verify all necessary documentation prior to scheduled shipments
  • Complete postshipment documentation such as delivery orders and shipping records
  • Engage with customers to make appropriate shipping arrangements

Requirements:


  • Min Olevel or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience
