    About the Team

    The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

    Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the Live traffic and Content Quality Product/Ops team, to ensure the healthy growth of the Live ecosystem

    2. Responsible for the construction of live broadcast entrances, including but not limited to preview cards, live square, live channel, live skylight, search and sharing, and responsible for the user experience of these entrances.

    3. Responsible for building the relationship between live creators and fans, deeply understanding the value and role of relationships in live business, and continuing to create and deepen valuable relationships.

    4. Responsible for the experience of Live creators, including but not limited to the product strategies of Live creators, creatorseducation, creators growth, and responsible for the scale and quality of them.

    5. Responsible for consumption and supply strategies to make the ecology healthier, satisfy consumers and ensure healthy distribution of supply

    6. Responsible for content quality strategy, including but not limited to practical construction, reduction of ultimate experience, reducing user dislike and reporte ratio, etc.

    7. Fully cooperate with algorithms, R&D, UED, and regions to ensure healthy growth in each region

    Qualifications

    1. More than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, preferably those with experience in content product work

    2. Bachelor degree or above

    3. Have an in-depth understanding of strategies and user products, be able to implement business plans completely, and lead the team to achieve results

    4. Have strong communication skills, especially in algorithm and regional communication, and have strong technical understanding and empathy.

    5. Good content sense and can deeply understand content

    6. Have strong data analysis and understanding abilities, be able to complete complex analysis, and make judgments on analysis
