- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain awareness of changes in accounting practices and regulations.
- Backend Clearing: Assist in backend clearing processes, including reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the financial system.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, procurement, and operations, to gather financial data, support business initiatives, and resolve financial issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
