Recruitment Consultant (IT Search)

PrimeStaff is a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment firm with a strong specialisation in IT talent acquisition. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a focus on bringing in mandates for IT positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver top-notch candidates.
• Discuss terms and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets by consistently bringing in high-quality mandates.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and talent trends, including current trends and key players.
• Experience in IT recruitment would be a plus.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Proven business development and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
