Service Coordinator - Singapore - Accelleron

Description

Reporting to the Commercial Support Manager you will drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job coordination & execution with consideration of resources such as service engineers, spare parts, and tools.

• Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts, etc.
• Handling of DIVISION internal service job assignments.
• Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.
• Ensure that services are carried out according to Occupational, Health, and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions).
• Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing.
• Manage the service execution process by using ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data recording incl. finalization.
• Ensuring data quality during service execution.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction.
• Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues).
• Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases).
• Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status.
• Execution & Management of Signed Contract Agreements with Customers (OPAC, MMA...).
• Follow up on maintenance scheduler information.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement.

• Preferably Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• Good Coordination & Organizational skills.
• Basic MS office, excel skills.
• Good written & oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility/ownership.
