Description
Reporting to the Commercial Support Manager you will drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job coordination & execution with consideration of resources such as service engineers, spare parts, and tools.
You will be the Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. From Quotation, job scheduling, execution & invoicing.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts, etc.
- Handling of DIVISION internal service job assignments.
- Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.
- Ensure that services are carried out according to Occupational, Health, and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions).
- Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing.
- Manage the service execution process by using ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data recording incl. finalization.
- Ensuring data quality during service execution.
- Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction.
- Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues).
- Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases).
- Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status.
- Execution & Management of Signed Contract Agreements with Customers (OPAC, MMA...).
- Follow up on maintenance scheduler information.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement.
- Preferably Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Good Coordination & Organizational skills.
- Basic MS office, excel skills.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility/ownership.
