Facilities Engineer - Singapur, Singapore - Royal Ocean Marine

Description

• Work with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors to design and build new facilities and upgrade existing ones.
• Develop maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are inspected, maintained, and repaired as needed.
• Implement safety and environmental regulations to ensure that our facilities are compliant with local, regional, and national regulations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that facility projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee teams of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that facility staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements

• Possess min. Diploma in Facilities Management or any engineering principle
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience Facilities Management
