JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Vice President in daily operations.
Liaise with clients for billing and financial matters.
Manage covenants, credit monitoring, and KYC procedures.
Coordinate with financial institutions and handle administrative tasks.
Assist in securing approvals and preparing reports/documents.
Conduct due diligence and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in financial industry (Structured Finance, ship finance experience is necessary)
Possess analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
Good interpersonal communication skills in both speaking and writing.
