To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process & QMS

ALG is currently hiring
a Cell Leader** for our OEM client based in Singapore. This role is a full-time Permanent position.

Responsibilities:

To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all related government agencies, aviation authorities and customers requirements and regulations
Establish quality procedures and quality control instructions
Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on nonconformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to

reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality

Perform internal audits to evaluate quality system, products and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP)
Perform vendors' and onsite audits as required
Uphold customers' and regulatory authorities' requirements
To carry out other QA functions as required

Job Requirements:

(OEM) QA environment

Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
Experience in using problemsolving tools including fishbone diagrams, FMEA and 5whys methodology
Possess good analytical and communication skills
Able to multitask and meticulous in nature
Familiarity with audit covering special processes including heat treatment, nonconventional machining, shotpeening and chemical processing would be a plus
