Description
**Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Support Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications
- Collaborate with the Pricing Specialist to ensure timely delivery of pricing requests
- Coordinate large global bids within agreedupon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, assisting the GSCS Manager in addressing any concerns regarding service levels
- Support Account Directors in managing accountrelated administrative tasks
- Ensure prompt delivery of all tracking and business reports to customers
- Address process issues or concerns by working closely with customers or vendors
- Attend regular update calls/meetings with Account Directors as needed
- Provide proactive performance reports to customers
- Utilize workflow reports to analyze customer activity trends, determine resource requirements for transactional work, and identify opportunities for automation
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement
- Keep customers fully informed about order and query status
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer support experience in a MNC environment
