Description
**Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Support Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Specialist to ensure timely delivery of pricing requests
  • Coordinate large global bids within agreedupon service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, assisting the GSCS Manager in addressing any concerns regarding service levels
  • Support Account Directors in managing accountrelated administrative tasks
  • Ensure prompt delivery of all tracking and business reports to customers
  • Address process issues or concerns by working closely with customers or vendors
  • Attend regular update calls/meetings with Account Directors as needed
  • Provide proactive performance reports to customers
  • Utilize workflow reports to analyze customer activity trends, determine resource requirements for transactional work, and identify opportunities for automation
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement
  • Keep customers fully informed about order and query status
  • All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant customer support experience in a MNC environment
