Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
  • Responsible for managing, providing management direction and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful execution of projects
  • Providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise Applications
  • Leverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/nontechnical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Managing the SLAs and deliverables for multiple projects
  • Overseeing the entire SDLC process and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of functional and technical documentations
  • Manage integrations between Enterprise Applications (eg. APIs, middleware, etc)
  • Responsible for communicating and managing monthly platform releases to key business users
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to Enterprise Applications
  • Vendor engagement and management, responding to quotations and contracts, performing necessary budgeting and costing exercises
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years of management experience in Enterprise Applications (eg. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa)
  • Experience in leading crossfunctional teams in a global team environment
  • Ability to lead the team and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fastpaced environment
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills, in both process and solution analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills, must be collaborative in nature and work well with others
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
