    [What the role is]

    Part of the International Group in IMDA, the Asia Tech x Programme Office (ATxPO) manages and organises the annual Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) event that brings together change-makers and thought leaders from government and industry to share how tech can make a difference.

    You will be part of a dynamic team, that conceptualises, develops and executes the ATxSummit, ATxAI and ATxInspire series. You will also work with IMDA's partner Informa Tech to drive the overall ATxSG agenda to be a platform including for B2B opportunities via the ATxEnterprise brand.

    •Working across multiple divisions and teams across IMDA and inter-Ministry enabling you to build awareness of different objectives and priorities advancing Singapore's digital economy

    •Research companies, knowledge institutions and academia to understand current approaches to next frontier technology

    Responsibilities

    Manage a team to develop and execute the programme, narratives, partnerships and sponsorships for ATxSG including:

    Programme and Content

  • Lead in the programming and execution of the agenda and topics at the ATxSummit and ATxInspire series of signature events.
  • Strategise content for panels, working across internal and external stakeholders to incorporate their key narratives.
  • Lead in the identification, acquisition and cultivation of government and industry speakers for both ATxSummit and ATxInspire.
  • Conceptualise and execute a data-driven strategy in programme development and execution.
  • Partnerships

  • Driving the development and execution of knowledge and event partnerships and BRASS programming concept and plans, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to grow ATxSG as a platform.
  • Key point of contact for overall collaboration and alignment with strategic partners including other government agencies and key industry organisations.
  • Lead in the sourcing, development and execution of partnerships and sponsorships with industry partners.
  • Miscellaneous

  • Stakeholder management and reporting to IMDA's senior management.
  • Work with other IMDA teams to onboard ATxSG and follow through with them on outcomes post-event to further progress their interests.
  • Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in conference programming and/or partnership management
  • Background in Engineering/Technology/International Policy
  • Prior experience working for/with governments related agencies would be advantageous
  • Existing relationships with a strong network of key tech industry players and associations
  • Keen interest in content and topics within the tech sector and the digital economy
