    Project Support

  • Assist the IS Project Managers in planning, executing and monitoring IT projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • This may include transverse project management tasks related to requirement gathering, project scheduling, risk assessment and progress tracking across multiple business affiliates, IT entities and vendors in an international environment.
  • Assist in the deployment of e-Mobility solutions to business affiliates in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, which may include product configurations, data migrations, UAT tests, remote hardware testing, and overall scheduling and coordination.
  • Help solicit and document business requirements, and opportunities to be discussed and reviewed with vendors or internal IT teams to be added to the product roadmap and for further development and implementation.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action item trackers.
  • Ensure that all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to team members.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in project meetings and workshops, providing updates to project stakeholders, team members, business/affiliates of the region and various IS/IT teams.
  • Assist in performing quality checks and testing activities to validate the functionality and usability of IT solutions e.g. web and mobile applications.
  • Support the coordination of change management, including training activities and communication to stakeholders about system changes, and coordination of cutover activities.
  • If needed, assist in supplier management activities, including call for tender, Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, contract negotiations.
  • Support the Project Manager inhandling incident escalation and communicating with affiliates and impacted stakeholders.
  • Develop applications or tools to help improve organization/project processes.
  • Contexte et environnement

    The APME IS team (as part of the OneSI Organization) must accompany the business strategy, ensuring synergies are developed so that we secure

    our IS tools efficiently at the lowest cost, in a complex environment (cultural and geographical diversity, different time zones, languages, business

    scope and size). Collaboration and coordination with APME affiliates (both on business and IS side) as well as APME regional business departments

    is key. Cooperation with HQ (DSI MS, TGITS and BPO teams) as well as TGS APAC IT teams.

    The selected project intern stands to gain:

  • Valuable international, hands-on experience in project implementation within the energy industry and opportunity to collaborate with Project Managers and Technical SMEs. This may not be limited to e-mobility related business lines.
  • Exposure to technologies and systems in the industry, which may include customer facing mobile and web apps, management systems, operational tools, paymentand accounting systems.
