• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership)
• Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Familiar with SPARK and licensing requirements
• High EQ, matured, strong leadership and management skills are essential
• Excellent writing skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

• Oversee administration & ensure the smooth running of the centre operations
• Establish strong relationships with parents and staff
• Organize community outreach activities and excursions.
• Keep social media platforms updated with interactive information.
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of ECDA licensing and accreditation authorities
• Providing leadership and management of the school operations
• Planning, delivering and assessment of the curriculum
• Management of budget, resources (human, physical and financial) and facilities of the school
• Ensuring processes are in place to monitor the quality of the teaching delivered by the teaching staff
• Developing and maintaining a quality school image in the community
• Ensure best practices and processes for good environmental hygiene
• Cultivate relationships with community resource partners
• Keep abreast of the fastchanging preschool landscapes
