Description
Responsibilities:
- The operations manager is responsible for preparing the annual budget of the organization so that it can be assessed at the end of the financial year if the expenses exceeded the budget or not
- The responsibility of an operations manager also comprise of accessing whether the company is making profits or incurring losses. This is one of the major responsibilities of the assistant operations manager
- Assistant manager responsibilities comprise of recruiting people who can carry out the operations work properly. Applicants make sure that all the new recruiters know their work responsibilities properly, the assistant operations manager supervises the new employees so that they do not make any mistakes while working
- Applicant is also responsible for overseeing all the financial matters, planning and making long term strategies for the growth and progress of the company
- Should have the capability of staying calm even under pressure. Must know how to complete his targets on time so that all the organizational functions can fall in place
- Should be able to plan the things going on in the organization and also evaluate their shortcomings so that they can be changed accordingly
Requirements:
- Good Work experience in related field
- Should have good knowledge of finances
- Should be helpful for existing/new staffs by providing necessary training
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts
