Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure project works are conducted according to the company's regulations and assist in implementing the company's rules and regulations
  • To ensure Permittowork, Method statement and Job Safety Analysis are understood by site supervisors and workers
  • Assist in identifying any unsafe condition / unsafe act & recommend/implement reasonably practicable measures to correct the situation
  • Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being carried out at all times
  • Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met
  • Maintain good housekeeping of all safety and health records
  • Follow up on all safetyrelated issues
  • Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations
  • Review, suggest and implement new methods to improve workflow
  • Responsible for all the site matters including safety and other matters
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:


  • Good understanding and knowledge of the WSH Act & other legal requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak and communicate well in English
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as Safety Coordinator **with LTA Project
