Roles & ResponsibilitiesSingapore Aquatics (SAQ) is the governing body for the aquatic sports of swimming, water polo, diving and artistic swimming in Singapore as a member of the World Aquatics. SAQ is charged with the development and education of aquatic players, officials, coaches and volunteers throughout Singapore and with the conduct of competitions and programs for all levels of participation.

A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Technical Director (Water Polo), this position will work closely with the National Men's and Women's teams, Youth Development Squad & National Training Centre (NTC) to manage and coordinate tasks related to Singapore Water Polo National Team's programs and activities.
In addition, you will have diverse and direct responsibilities with high calibre, elite level coaches and athletes and coordinating tasks with junior level coaches and athletes. The main service delivery will be to provide high quality, sport specific, and evidence based services to the athletes as identified by the coaches. The role includes but is not limited to the following:
1) Responsible for the management of the following day-to-day tasks as Sport Manger:
General administration
Management of Minutes & Reports
Equipment Inventory
Volunteer Management
Pool Bookings
2) The planning and delivery of everything related to sports science, scientific profiling of athletes, and the utilisation of current scientific knowledge in servicing and in education of athletes and coaches, to ensure that best practice services are provided to the national athletes and coaches
