Description

**Our client is a MNC in Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.

Duties of Customer Service Officer:

Manage endtoend daily operations encompassing sales work, sales fulfilment, service activities, and customer relationship management.
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, sales orders, and delivery orders.
Coordinate with Germany HQ on pricing, freight costs, and service agreements.
Monitor customers' purchase orders, payment status, and ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, stock, inventory, and order fulfilment.
Liaise with internal departments, third parties, and APAC region countries to address customer needs and requests.
Generate monthend closing reports for sales and purchase transactions, and provide required reports to the finance department.
Handle administrative duties, manage courier services and deliveries, and perform adhoc tasks assigned by the manager or designated officer.
