Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPay rates:
• Temp: up to $2.2k
• Contract: up to $3.4k
Working Hours:
• 5.5 days (including alternate Sat)
• Mon – Fri: 830am – 530pm, Sat: 830am – 1230pm
For Temps only:
• OT usually until 7:30pm – 8pm
• OT will be paid (exceed 44hrs a week)
Job Requirements:
• No camera phones allowed*
For Temps:
• Min ITE (with relevant exp in production/manufacturing/logistics background)
• Has 1 year Admin experience
• Able to write simple emails (mainly writing consignmnet notes, photocopy documents, receiving stationery, update of stock registers.
• Must be Meticulous & Communicates well
For 1 Year Contract:
• Min Diploma
• Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
• Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
• Preparation of monthly billing reports
• Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the banks and / or card stock take with the banks
• Attend project meetings with the banks
• Participate in negotiation discussions with the banks
• Management of card inventory in production
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work
• Must be Meticulous & Communicates well
