Operations Director (Food services )
- work together with kitchen and service to keep the quality of food and service at the best standard
- to stay competitive, must be actively involved in R&D and joining events related to this industry.
- handle each customer complain with professionalism
- uphold the brand and expand
- represent company to meet up with landlord and business partners
- weekly reporting to business owners and share holders

• Create SOP and ensure all staffs to follow
• Manage to meet and exceed KPIs including Quality, TAT, OTD, Budget and P&L.

requirements

• 10 years related Experience in chain F&B retail will be preferred ( experience in baking knowledge is preferred but not necessary)
• Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to details

- able to address to emergency situations in a short period of time.
