Overview of Division/DepartmentOur Trade Services (TRS), a member of our Singapore Administration Department (SGAD), is responsible for handling all trade related transactions which includes checking of documentary credits/collections, invoice financing relating to goods and services, freight financing, trust receipt etc.

Processing and checking all transactions assigned and manage the various processing using local systems2. Managing various TAPS processes, reconciliation of documents daily counts and to perform EOD operations3. Performing housekeeping for the team4. Reporting cases of error and incident nature to team leader5. Performing doc checking function per checking limit matrix6. Perform follow up/tracing on outstanding items7. Supporting other staff in case of need8. Providing guidance to junior staff9. Adhering to HOP and IOP (not limited to Part 8 where applicable)10. Participating in project/ad hoc work as assigned11.

To man the counter/DHL desk (where necessary)Job RequirementsA Bachelor Degree with at least three year of relevant experienceStrong leadership, meticulous and ability to multitask are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role.

Additional professional qualification of Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) would be advantageous
