    )DISCOVER your opportunityThe Catastrophe Risk Centre of Excellence (COE) focus on the identification, quantification and control of risks from natural and man-made sources.

    Furthermore, the COE works to provide central risk oversight and define aggregation limits for the division and cascade them down to the appropriate business units.

    Our team responsibilities include:

    Risk capacity budgeting and allocations.
    Interpretation of risk modelling and risk evaluation.
    Delivering portfolio, segment and divisional risk aggregations and risk reporting.
    Facilitating reviews of portfolio PML's, risk drivers & concentrations.

    You will be working in a global team responsible for the risk management across the AXA XL division supporting Legal entity reporting, various stakeholders across the wider organisation, management of the internal modelling best practices, as well as assisting in regulatory requests.

    essential responsibilities include?The primary purpose of the role is to lead and develop our assessment and modelling of Catastrophe risk within the Asia Pacific region and how that risk could materialise within our underwriting portfolio.

    This role's key responsibilities will be:

    Provide oversight, direction and education to the Regional Underwriting and leadership teams in respect to the day-to-day risk assessment and reporting functions:

    Encourage and support the development of the wider regional team membersCoordinate and share expertise with Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) to drive improved processes and efficiencies for modelling and data captureOversight of ad hock projects and coordination with outside vendorsSupport in the fulfilment of other reporting projects as needed to respond to regulatory requirementsProvide timely reporting of risk analysis packs to underwriters, and respond to queries to help in understanding model outputDevelop timely and impactful reporting capabilities to AXA XL leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization with:


    Concise and insightful reporting design for underwriting stakeholders, highlight key metrics and issuesOversight and ownership of required model output to support AXA XL divisional net reporting and Capital modelling requirementsContribution to AXA Group data feeds compliant with current data standardsContribution to AXA Group methodologies and process developmentSupport regional colleagues across the Risk Management, Actuarial and Underwriting functions in providing deeper insights into target portfolio design, profitability and optimization solutions for individual EPC related businesses.

    This will be accomplished by involvement in several areas, including:

    Natural perils analysis interpretation and presentationEnhancing methodologies for quantification of riskRisk budgeting and allocation managementYou will report to

    .We're looking for someone with experience in a Cyber Risk Exposure Management role or similar.

    Desirable abilities and skills include:
