Description

  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Handle customers' complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
  • Update and maintain a proper record on all customers
  • Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
  • Work as a team and ensure that the call centre service level is met
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly

Requirements:


  • Able to work on either schedule monthly rotating Morning 7am to 5pm and Afternoon shift work 1pm to 11pm, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
  • Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarM/Fault request and support purposes
  • Training will be provided
