TECHNICAL OFFICER

As part of our Development & Maintenance (D&M) Team in our Changi, you will report to our Operations/Resort Manager.

Responsible for carry out breakdown repair & troubleshooting on all Facilities of Clubhouse including chalet units.
Performing electrical and mechanical installation work when necessary.
Liaise with term contractor to ensure work is properly carried out.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of facilities of Clubhouse.
Source for quotations and prepare work orders.
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements:

Min NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant working experience
Need to work on roster including weekends and public holidays
Good knowledge in electrical troubleshooting on faults and failures
Must be willing to learn new technology
Able to work independently, resourceful and selfmotivated
Physically fit and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment

Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience.
