    Description

    Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, your responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for the shopping mall to drive traffic that translates into revenue.

    You will also support the team in budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, marketing of in-mall advertising spaces, loyalty programmes, public relations, management of mall social media accounts, engaging and onboarding stakeholders for CapitaLand e-commerce platforms and direct marketing to create a strong and unified shopping mall brand that stands out from the competition.

    Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities
  • Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall's programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales
  • Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
  • Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls
  • Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
  • Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
  • Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
  • Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus
  • Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
