RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilites

  • Learn and be well equipped in knowledge on the products and services the restaurant provides to assist and address guest queries
  • Set up and prepare dining areas in line with setting standards
  • Initiate and provide genuine customer service
  • Understand and anticipate individual guests' needs to deliver personalized customer service
  • Closely observe and listen to feedback from guests and respond accordingly
  • Possess, or pick up, knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brands of beverages to facilitate smooth recommendations to guests
  • Assist fellow team members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service
  • Check all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected
  • Maintain utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in similar environment
  • Strong mental capacity to learn, take demands and multitask
  • Holds critically high hygiene and safety standards
  • Takes initiative and a great team player
  • Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holiday
