Description

We have a unique opportunity to join a Multi-national FinTech Firm as an Application Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of their Technology team, supporting enterprise-wide systems critical to the commodities industry.

This role involves a mix of monitoring, support, release management, and DevOps responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure successful execution of timecritical batch steps, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Communicate with clients/vendors, keeping them informed of incident progress and upcoming changes or outages.
Manage issues, projects, and communication with stakeholders efficiently.
Collaborate with the Service Desk to route requests to appropriate resources for quick resolution.

Technical Skillset:

Minimum 4+ years of work experience in the IT industry.
Experience working within a fastpaced financial environment
Good knowledge of OpenLink Endur system (Gas and Power).
Working knowledge of Endur OpenJVS programming.
Experience with CTRM Application support, including upstream/downstream systems.
Programming skills using Python, JAVA,.Net, or any other programming language.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
