Responsibilities:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Work closely with the service crew and the kitchen to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
- Providing responsive and courteous service to customers through excellent service
- Check on customers and their satisfactions towards meals
- Handle basic customers complaints
- Ensure that food and beverage orders are arrived in a timely manner
- Establish good rapport with guest to build guest loyalty
- Adhoc duties or of any other kind
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
- Able to management, computer knowledge etc
