Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Work closely with the service crew and the kitchen to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
  • Providing responsive and courteous service to customers through excellent service
  • Check on customers and their satisfactions towards meals
  • Handle basic customers complaints
  • Ensure that food and beverage orders are arrived in a timely manner
  • Establish good rapport with guest to build guest loyalty
  • Adhoc duties or of any other kind

Job Requirements:


  • Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
  • Able to management, computer knowledge etc
