Responsibilities:

Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Work closely with the service crew and the kitchen to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
Providing responsive and courteous service to customers through excellent service
Check on customers and their satisfactions towards meals
Handle basic customers complaints
Ensure that food and beverage orders are arrived in a timely manner
Establish good rapport with guest to build guest loyalty
Adhoc duties or of any other kind

Job Requirements:

Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
Able to management, computer knowledge etc
