Project Administrator - Singapore - PM ASIA PROJECT SERVICES PTE. LTD.
Description
PM Group Singapore is looking to recruit a Project Administrator to provide daily support to the Client's project team as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Documentation, reports and meeting management
- Occupational Health programs (medical reports filing, scheduling, etc.)
- Support in areas of logistics, administration, reception
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Relay project updates, milestones, and any relevant information to team members and external parties. Process documentation involving writing, editing, filing, updating, and storing essential project documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Competent/Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience as a document coordinator with strong administrative skills is preferred
- Being methodical and attentive to detail
- Personal accountability to see issues through to completion
- Proactive/solution orientated approach
- Good communication and presentation skills

- 1 year contract renewable
