    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage telephone hotline
    • Make outgoing calls in response to callers who leave call-back requests
    • Direct calls to relevant departments
    • Provide customer service/ assistance
    • Project professional image to callers and provide relevant information to their enquiries
    • Ensure information received are immediately conveyed to the respective departments for follow up
    • Other clerical support tasks as required

    WORKING HOURS:

    • Monday to Friday (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)
    • 8:15am to 5:45pm / 8:30am to 6pm

    WORKING LOCATION:

    • Outram / Chinatown

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels or equivalent
    • Min 1 year's experience in hotline operations, call centre and/or uniformed services preferred
    • Able to converse in English and one other language
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Good attendance and punctuality
