- Manage telephone hotline
- Make outgoing calls in response to callers who leave call-back requests
- Direct calls to relevant departments
- Provide customer service/ assistance
- Project professional image to callers and provide relevant information to their enquiries
- Ensure information received are immediately conveyed to the respective departments for follow up
- Other clerical support tasks as required
- Monday to Friday (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)
- 8:15am to 5:45pm / 8:30am to 6pm
- Outram / Chinatown
- Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels or equivalent
- Min 1 year's experience in hotline operations, call centre and/or uniformed services preferred
- Able to converse in English and one other language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good attendance and punctuality
