    Roles & Responsibilities

    EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE RELATIONS

    Location: 81 Kim Keat Rd, (Balestier)

    Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
    Working time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) ; 830am - 530pm (Fri)
    Salary: $2900 - $3800

    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for someone who is passionate in the cause and mission of the organisation in maintaining high standards of competency and professional development of medical and dental specialists, and contribute to the healthcare scene in Singapore.

    Job responsibilities:

    • To support the planning, development, production and delivery of communications materials and initiatives;
    • To manage the organisation's corporate website (content management system) and ensure microsites are updated and in keeping with corporate identity and guidelines;
    • To coordinate and support the management of the organisation's social media platforms;
    • To assist in media relations, including releases and interviews;
    • To assist with corporate secretarial matters to ensure compliance with statutory requirements;
    • To provide administrative support in matters pertaining to corporate governance and charity;
    • To plan and coordinate corporate events, from preparing budget, organising communication materials, engaging stakeholders, sponsors and vendors, attending to venue management and coordinate on-site logistics;
    • To support and undertake other communications duties as assigned from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing Communication, Mass Communication or equivalent;
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications preferably in the healthcare industry;
    • Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and administrative skills;
    • Knowledge in design of software like Adobe Photoshop, illustrator etc will be an advantage;
    • Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events.
