Job Descriptions:

· Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, beverages, and wines in accordance with fine dining standards.

· Create innovative and visually appealing drink presentations to enhance the overall dining experience.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.

· Engage with guests to provide recommendations, describe drink ingredients, and offer exceptional customer service.

· Stay knowledgeable about beverage trends, new products, and menu offerings.

· Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations while handling and serving beverages.

· Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient flow of orders and guest satisfaction.

· Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

· Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and maintaining par levels of supplies.

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience as a bartender in a upscale establishment.

· Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and beverage preparation techniques.

· Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail and creativity in drink presentation.

· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
