The Service and Aftermarket Administrator
plays an active role in service activities and processes, assisting NOV in achieving standards and goals.

Responsible for the physical control and accurate recording of all service and AM quotations and jobs associated with the Service team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Play an active role to assist the Manager realise the company's strategies for growth of our service and aftermarket capabilities. Including daily workflow, planning and time management for service activities and service technicians.
Ensure all Quotations for Service Repairs are actioned and recorded in a timely manner.
Play an active role in CRM / ERP systems from quote to invoice/shipping
Follow up with clients on any outstanding Quotations on a regular basis.
Ensure all invoices from suppliers are appropriately coded, matched to the appropriate Purchase Order and sent to Head Office in a timely manner.
Generate Purchase orders as and when required for the procurement of goods and supplies as required.
Manage the Facility administration files in a systemic manner.
Manage the day to day requirements of commodities as required to ensure the Facility functions effectively.
Coordinate with other departments and overseas internal/external vendors to meet delivery timelines and expectations
Ensure that all requests from the Finance Department for documentation pertaining to Audit Requirements are complete and sent in a timely manner.
Carry out any administration requirements such as booking stock in, dispatching orders to clients, and booking in Service Jobs etc.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Administration experience
Customer service experience
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Knowledge of ERP software
Effective communication skills, verbal and written
Knowledge of Service and Warranty activities, experience preferred
