- Act as the main point of contact for SuccessFactors-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage configuration, data integrity, and workflow optimization within Employee Central.
- Support implementation and administration of Performance Management and Goal Management.
- Coordinate succession planning initiatives and talent development efforts.
- Administer Compensation module for compensation planning processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and system enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR operations experience with a focus on SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules, database management, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite support or training sessions.
