    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking an Analyst to be part of the Payments Sales Business Management team that supports APAC-wide initiatives across the Payments Sales business management function.

    As an Analyst in the Payments Sales Business Management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Payments Sales Business Managers to manage financials for sales teams and support projects to propel revenue growth strategy and business priorities. You will be responsible for preparing sales management financial reports, business review presentations, data analytics on clients and internal activities and communication to different stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain holistic view of the sales cycle, coverage business management skills and close interaction with front offices including sales and bankers.

    Job responsibilities


    • Assist the APAC Payments Sales Business Managers to support Payments Sales Heads to propel revenue growth strategy and business priorities


    • Create content to support business reviews such as resourcing and revenue performance and sales budget planning


    • Work with Planning & Analysis team to ensure accurate client analytics that meet the business needs


    • Improve sales discipline by administrating coverage maintenance, monitoring pipeline and following up deal execution with partnership of Deal Control team


    • Project manage existing and new business initiatives and complete in a timely manner, whilst handling ad-hoc requests


    • Partner closely with other Payments function Business Managers to ensure priority alignment and process consistency


    • Identify opportunities for business and process improvements


    • Develop in-depth understanding of the business, products, systems and end to end flows

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline


    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance, Strategy or Business Management in the banking industry


    • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a very dynamic environment


    • Excellent attention to detail, articulate in written and verbal communication and can present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in generating high quality PowerPoint documents


    • Strong analytical, problem solving skills with an ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands


    • A thorough understanding and appreciation of risks and controls, with motivation to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues


    • A self-starter with an excellent attitude, motivation and an ability to learn quickly
