Role Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide presales technical guidance and sales support for the development, adoption and implementation of Fortinet security solutions in commercial accounts opportunities.
  • Understand the business requirements for commercial accounts customers' base and to translate them into technical requirement, for the creation of solution design and proposals with Fortinet solutions and services offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the commercial accounts customers to demonstrate the business value of Fortinet security solutions.
  • Perform indepth and highlevel technical presentations, solution showcases and proof of values (POVs) for commercial accounts customers and prospects.
  • To assist commercial accounts sales team to position Fortinet solution effectively against competing offerings.
  • Initiate proposals and participate in the writing of RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tender documents templates and responses.
  • Delivery of Fortinet products, solutions, technology, and services offerings update sessions for customers.
  • Acquire indepth security knowledge and good understanding to of Cyber Security trends, challenges and technology; to educate customers and prospects.
  • Plan and delivery of technical workshops for customers or prospects.

Requirements:


  • University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of field experience working with commercial accounts customers as a Systems Engineer or equivalent.
  • Security Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), OCSP will be an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Routing & Switching, WLAN, Cloud security, Secure Access and Endpoint security solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, Openstack, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, etc.
  • Experience in supporting commercial and regional accounts.
  • Strong experience in security solution design and proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Relevant expertise and competitive knowledge including competitive solution, technology and product offerings.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter that does not need daytoday management.
  • Strong team player, willing to share knowledge and experience with rest of Systems Engineers.
