Responsibilities:


  • Fulltime, parttime positions available
  • 6hours AM & PM shifts (7am to 1pm, 1pm to 7pm).
  • To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport
  • Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers
  • Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure they are in good working condition and cleanliness
  • Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items
  • Escort passengers to meeting point & liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours
  • Attend all required trainings and updates
  • Uphold a high level of customer service standard
  • Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Compile daily reports to project manager and supervisor; and
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Background of working in customer service role is a plus
  • Team player and able to work under mínimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent group management and time management skills
  • Competent computer literacy and working with basic software (e.g. Microsoft)
  • Detailed oriented
  • Willingness to work and continuously learn in a fastpaced environment
- **Must be able to work at least 5 shifts a week as well as PH & Weekends
