• Provide administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, dispensing of medication and cashiering.
• Working cohesively with physicians and therapists to ensure patients achieve positive health goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding each patient's health concerns and recommending appropriate products and treatments.
• Managing daily clinical operations duties.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years sales experience in the retail/healthcare industry preferred.
• Preferably candidates with prior healthcare/massage/aesthetics and spa setting experience.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
