Roles and Responsibilities:

In charge of full aspect of financial and accounting matters, including but not limited to the preparation of financial reports for internal and regulatory submissions across APAC jurisdiction.
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Preparing group consolidated financial statement.
Responsible in Finance administration and operation work to support the daily activities of the business such as profit and cash flow projections, and financial analysis.
Manage full accounting operations to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage financial planning, policies, processing, forecasting and budgets.
Support various audits, inspections, and tax submissions as per regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably as a fully qualified Certified Chartered Accountant.
Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably at a financial institution or accounting & audit firm.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and procedures.
Has good Financial Product knowledge
Experience with full set entity accounting and preparation of financial statement, including consolidation.
Experience with MAS reporting.
Experience with full audit procedure.
Display sound knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and taxation rules.
Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including team members and senior management.
Professional and possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Independent, proactive with effective problemsolving skills.
A team player that collaborates well with other departments.
