Description

Our client is a key player in the Medical Manufacturing MNC industry. Currently, they are in search of a Facilities Manager to join their Engineering Team for continuous transformation projects. Conveniently situated in the North region.

Provide leadership, supervision, and motivation to maintenance staff and sub-contractors for exceptional performance.
Ensure building maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep to project a positive image.
Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities, address emergencies promptly with minimal disruption.
Develop proactive measures to improve building maintenance standards and efficiency.
Regularly review and enforce building maintenance and security SOPs for compliance.
Prepare monthly management reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on M&E and facilities management.
Minimum diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Instrumentation).
