As a Sales Manager / Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to our continued success in the industry.

- 【 What you will be doing 】

Initiate contact with dormant clients and recent real estate buyers to understand their investment objectives.
Identify potential clients who reside in Singapore or manage funds on behalf of affluent individuals.
Collaborate with the Japanese team to coordinate property tours and provide comprehensive assistance to visiting clients.
Cultivate relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our diverse real estate offerings.
Scout for opportunities to connect with property owners interested in selling their real estate assets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

Possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field
Proven sales experience with a minimum of three years in a relevant field. (New client acquisition)
Possession of a valid real estate handling license in Singapore is a significant advantage.
Strong interest in Japan is a plus as you need to introduce properties in Japan
A genuine passion for professional growth and business development.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Selfmotivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment

Variable Bonus (Performancebased bonuses awarded every six months).
1st year: Equivalent to less than 1 month's salary.
2nd year onwards: Equivalent to 36 months' salary (Based on individual and company performance)

Annual Leave: 14 days (Accrual of 1.1 days per month after regularization; unused days can be carried over).

Sick Leave: 14 days.
