- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales & marketing plan to support the organization's growth objectives
- Manage digital/ social media marketing for HCLI including content ideation, copywriting, social media posts, campaign management etc.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Adwords and other social media channels
- Manage and execute on all aspects of the marketing mix, including social media marketing, events, content marketing (videos, articles), PR and advertising
- Ensure successful end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including client engagement, alumni relations, and knowledge & solutions (programmes), to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Support the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on marketing spend
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry influencers
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools, bringing new ideas and strategies to the organization
