Description
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in Aluminium & Glass Work, Tiling Work, Painting Work
- Oversee the project flow and operations
- Liaise with internal dept and client to ensure smooth project completion
- Must be willing to work as a team and show work commitment
- Attend all client, consultants, subcontractors and site meetings
- Liaise closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and authorities
- Ensure safer construction activities are implemented on site and corporate WSHE standards are met
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years' work experience in a project management role in Construction Sector
- Strong project management skills
- Good leadership and organisation skills, with excellent people management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellence analytical ability during project planning and implementation stages in order to minimize risks and overcome potential problems
